Look what I found: Ebay Alternative

Don't know if this has ever been mentioned here, but I've recently found a cool Ebay alternative - MightyBids, which has the advantage to us sellers in that they charge NO basic listing fees and no fees for a gallery pic. They do charge a final value fee, of course, but that's only if your item sells - and they charge if you want some extra bells and whistles on your listing, but who needs those? Truthfully, the Ebay insertion fees are starting to really kill me, so I'm giving this place a try.

MightyBids also gives 5% of its profits to environmental protection. Can't go wrong there!

The only drawback is that no one seems to know about the site, and activity is currently very low. Let's spread the word!

2. I seldom have problems with the buyers...

...but as I said, the listing fees are killing me. They upped the prices for their store insertions recently, too. Ebay has the advantage of having a huge market, but you can't keep re-listing the stuff that doesn't sell. So I'm trying it this way - list first on Ebay, re-list once, and then if it doesn't move, shift it to MightyBids. I hope the site generates more activity as we go into the Fall and Winter.
