Women: They Just Keep Getting Bigger and Uglier, Don't They?
Am I right, fellow females? These things are disgusting!*

. . . well, what did you THINK I was talking about?!

* I except families with many children - no offense meant to them. :hi:

1. I have to agree
even with kids, you can get a stationwagon. I hate to look of those truck things..and they are a pain in the ass getting in and out of them. That would drive me crazy.

4. Kinda depends on the kids
Most wagons have a rear facing third row, which can't be used for car seats or boosters and has a low weight limit. So unless you've got kids too big for a booster but not too heavy to use the seat, roughly 8-13 years old, that last seat isn't much use. Also when the third row seat is in use there's almost no cargo area left. As such minivans are usually better options for families who need more room than a sedan provides, though wagons can be a good chioce for families who occasionally need extra room for carpooling and such.

I like this one though, since it has a forward facing third row (the seating configuration is two buckets in each row,) and would definitely look into it were I to have another kid: http://www.mazdausa.com/MusaWeb/displayPage.action?pageParameter=modelsMain&vehicleCode=MZ5&bhjs=0

3. I completely agree with you.
But I know women who drive those monstrosities too. WTF are they compensating for?
