Both, sort of. I'm a pastor, so part of my job is visiting folks in the hospital. One of my parishioners fell, and is now there being evaluated for Alzheimer's.

I'm always looking for SF recipes.

20. I'm substituting Splenda for sugar.

The muffins were made from whole wheat flour. I added cocoa powder and left out the honey.

The peanut butter cookies were baked using oat flour and a Splenda substitute for both white and brown sugars.

... I can't eat sugar or splenda so I'm always looking for alternatives.

My wife said the local organic-foods-type store is selling xylitol - am going to give it a go soon :)

I get so confused on the weekends, I always think Saturday is Sunday, and I get to watch Eastenders at 11:00, and then it doesn't come on and I get pissed...
