1. Did you know about the "alert" function?

Is that what you were thinking? Or, just so you can retrieve it easier...to watch it yourself?

3. more along the lines of how the journal links are.

i spoze looking at your own posts can kinda work. in that you would be able to see a page of your watched threads with links to them.

i may not want to post right away, and would like to return to make a comment, i find my topic gets lost in the myriad of headlines that are on LBN. (i can only imagine this forum's new topics)

2. You can bookmark threads, if that's what you mean.

Honestly, one feature I'd like would be to able to mark a thread as read without marking that whole forum as read.

7. Hide it.

That is what I do with some of the sports threads. I don't really want to ignore it, just hide it because I want other threads to come to the top for easier page loading. I am on dialup so I have to do that sometimes. It's no biggie, because you can unhide threads later if you want to.
