2. Happy hour
Sitting with the paper, my beer, and watching Reba reruns on Lifetime (I know she's a Repub but her show is hilarious). Which I'm going to miss if I don't get out of here soon.

Will celebrate tonight -- got a great annual review from my boss! :woohoo:

3. Walking a beagle sounds wonderful
I miss having a dog (and when I had a beagle, I never referred to her by her name but always simply as "the beagle").

The best part of my day is when my SO walks in the door. Sounds corny but it's true - I never get tired of seeing him. :loveya:

9. 3:10 pm
I work from home and everyday I take off from 3:10 to 4:30 for when my daughter gets home after school. We'll eat our afternoon snack together, she tells me about her day and then we work on any homework she has. If the teacher doesn't give her homework then I give her something to work on before she can go play or watch cartoons.

I have noticed a big difference in her attitude toward learning since we started doing this.

11. There are lots of good parts. Early morning, when it's just me
and my workout and the smell of coffee brewing; mid-morning when it's cool enough to have the windows open while I do housework; afternoon when school lets out; suppertime; relaxing after supper, and that pleasant "wind down" time when we watch a little TV before going to sleep.

Just me, the newspaper, and the coffee. Chances are, nobody else is up yet to bug the hell out of me.

13. Seeing my hounds right after work.
They're always glad to see me. :) Since I work out of my house, one of them stays with me most of the day, then around mid-afternoon, she heads back upstairs. I think it's so she can greet me when I "come home". :D

14. Shortly it will be some truly amazing pizza.
Brick oven, fresh made mozzarella, thin crust, perfect sauce...

I feel sorry for people that live in places with shitty pizza.

for me is when my wife sends my son and daughter in to wake me up! Hugs and kisses all around!!
