1. Interesting kitty litter

It's the biodegradable kind, right? I've used it, excuse me, my cats used it and it was really hard to clean up. The stuff disintegrates when wet. I had to throw out the entire the box after the boys used it.
Do you have this problem? Or did you find a better brand?

2. This is "Feline Pine" -- compressed pine sawdust pellets.

It's said that it can be put into compost, or mixed into garden soil. I haven't done that.

AFAIC it's not hard to clean up -- not any harder than any other litter. I just scoop some of the dust out when I pour in new pellets. Put it in a bag and into the trash. And the claim is right: as long as you keep up on the scooping, there is NO ODOR. Big plus with many cats in the house.

10. Yes. Their mom uses it just fine - and she's used to dirt & leaves.

They prefer the newspaper under the food dishes :eyes: but I'm getting them away from that by putting their peed newspaper into the litter boxes (as you see above). I think it's working.

I'm sorry about your mom's picture. :(
