I'm making soup stock and it smells amazing!!!! |

The chicken in the pot had been marinated in white wine overnight before I roasted it. It was stuffed w/ onions and garlic and peppers and celery. (The gravy was fabulous.)
Now the carcas is in the pot w/ onion, celery, water, salt, pepper and my secret ingredient. I'm just worry I ran out of bay leaf, that would be the most excellent finishing touch.
I can't wait to eat the soup sometime over the weekend.
