"What Have I Done to Deserve This?" by the Pet Shop Boys. |
|
Such a cheesy song, but I love it because it reminds me of such good times. What song reminds you of good times?

7. I would bet money you'd recognize "Green Onions" if you heard it. |
|
"Third Rate Romance" was originally done by the Amazing Rhythm Aces in the 70s and remade by Sammy Kershaw in the early 90s.

That's one I played on the radio often, and I still enjoy it. Also, "She Don't Know She's Beautiful."

Good times, good times ...
Nothing captures my youth more than The Smith's "How Soon Is Now."
New Order's "Bizarre Love Triangle" always brings back the happies, as well.

I like a lot of Romeo Void... A Girl in Trouble (is a temporary thing) was excellent too but earlier in life, in my t.v. smashing days. (why?)

I was doing a college internship in Washington, DC in the Spring of 1985. My friends from the program and I would hit this bar on Dupont Circle called Cagney's. Cagney's was made to resemble and English Pub and played all of the music that we liked. We went there almost every weekend. Plus, one of our friends started dating the bartender so we drank for very little money.
