I lost my car adapter that charges my Ipod this morning
Well, I don't know when I actually lost it, but I noticed it missing this morning around 9am. I spent hours looking for it. This thing is very important to me, it allows me to charge my Ipod while I am at the cabin with my family. I looked and looked for it. I finally resigned myself to the fact that it was gone for good.

I remember my Grandmother always prayed to a saint whenever she lost things. I couldn't remember the name, but I thought it was St.Anthony. So, under my breath I muttered, come on ant, help me out here. An hour later I found it!!! It was with some other stuff that I had stashed away, but I found it!!! I was so thrilled!! I need to get my butt into church.

3. Why do saints always look so bummed?
Every time you see one in a painting or in stained glass or whatever they always look like someone just stole their cupcake. I'd think what with the piousness and the being better than everyone and all they'd look all smug or something instead of like Eeyore.

6. Yeah, I don't know.
My strongest memories of Catholic school involves nuns yelling, rulers and becoming right-handed.

11. My Mother went to a catholic church
and I have heard all the horror stories. Who would have thought that a nun could be so mean?

15. I get nervous around nuns to this day.
I have no problem with priests. I've only met one angry, vicious priest. Dozens of nuns like that, though. I even have a baby-t that says "Catholic School Survivor" with a crucifix on it.

2. Maybe I need to do the same
my reading glasses disappeared about 3 weeks ago. It's very difficult to function without them and I can't afford to replace them. :(

13. Yeah, it's a rapid charger
so it doesn't take as long. It cost me 4.99 on the internet...if i would have went downtown to buy it, it would have cost me 20.00 plus tax.
