I try to just eat what I have at home, and I'll guarandamntee you I don't put sugar or HFCS in my food at home.

It's disgusting.

I get in a hurry sometimes, open a can of something, and try to eat it, but can't.

I think it's on it's way out though. My mother has been doing Weight Watchers and buying all that 'low fat' or no fat crap and I hate it. When we have things I have to ask about all the food because I hate all that artificial crap, it just tastes like a mouthful of chemicals to me.

To get the fat content out they just pile a bunch of high fructose corn syrup in everything, which in my opinion is worse. The worst is no one in my family can make cole slaw without piling a bunch of sweet and low in it. It's repulsive. :puke:

It's in EVERYTHING.

For the longest time I was devouring those crunchy and yummy Nature Valley granola bars which are "100% Natural"...or at least I thought so until I read the damn label! Yup, High Fructose Corn Syrup in those too.

I already gave up soft drinks because of the damn HFCS.

personally the HFC foods taste too sweet to me, blech.

I do know that Edy's & Haagen Dazs don't have HFC's, as for sodas, if I drink them they are diet, don't eat out much either

up here in Canada.

I bought a pop from the health food store (I rarely consume it, but it was hot and I needed refreshment). Supposedly 'natural'. I couldn't believe it had HFCS! It was made in the US.

Name brand pop made here doesn't contain it.
