so V for Vendetta is on Pay per View. is it really worth watching?

1. Good movie, worth watching

Basicly the idea is that near-future Britain is a facist theocracy and the story is concerned both with how it got that way and the effort to overthrow that regime.

A little far-fetched in places. But by far the best rental I've purchased this month.

If you liked 1984 (the book and movie) you'll like V.

7. It's worth watching more than once

so record it if you can. There is also a lot of dialog from V who wears a mask and sometimes the words come so rapidly that it is hard to catch them all. You might want to watch with closed captioning.

.. it's not the greatest film ever made but compared to most of what's coming out of Hollywood these days it is damn good.

It's definitely worth seeing.
