Pope's top exorcist says Severus Snape is 'king of darkness.' |
|
But I think he did it on Dumbledore's orders and it's all part of a plan.
We'll see who's right when the book comes out, Mr. Exorcist Man. You point that crucifix in the other direction, please.
(Two years at DU and I think this is my first copycat thread!)

3. The signs are all there... |

...for those with eyes to see.
If he can't interpret the Harry Potter books right, I shudder to think what weird theories he has about the Bible! :D

2. I think Snape did it on purpose |
|
and turned evil...and Snape goes good again in the next book, and sacrifices himself to save Harry, and harry defeats Voldemort...obvious I know, but that s how I think its going to shake down.

4. Well, yeah, he did it on purpose, sure |
|
but not because he wanted to. He had to.
I think you might be right about the sacrificing himself part. I hope not. I like the mean greasy bastard. But 'hero's journey' tales are bloody undertakings...

5. I think he wanted too... |
|
he got suckered back to the dark side, and remembered why he hated James, Syrius, Remus and all of the people who tormented him in his youth...the dark side is intoxicating, and I think Snape got sucked back in...:)

6. Never underestimate the power of the dark side... |
|
...not to say your theory's impossible. But I think protecting Draco was a motive too.

7. thats very possible... |
|
but the way in which Severus acted while fleeing Hogwars is suspect to me, no one was around severus(I believe) and he was throwing some heavy curses at harry who was in hot pursuit...
