I haven't seen a sunrise in years, but this a.m. I started my walking regimen. It was very beautiful, huge and orange & lighting up the rain-dampened streets. Wish I believed I'd stick to the morning exercise routine, but I have my doubts. :boring:

I have arthritis, so I can only walk when my knees are functional. That's most of the time, luckily. I wish your feet speedy healing...

I hope I don't need too many more treatments...I'm tired of having my feet all taped up!
Exercise is supposed to help arthritis, no?

8. If you do it when you're not flaring. Then it damages the |
|
cartilage. Yoga is good and I used to do that but I no longer can find a full hour of peace daily.

Beautiful full moon. Much nicer than the sunrise.

10. I get up at 4:40 a.m. to walk |
|
my dog. We spend about 35 or 40 minutes. We have seen eagles, great blue herons, kingfishers, cedar waxwings, beavers, and loads of morning cats in the neighborhood. I've been doing it for years. With our other dog I often took my Diskman--pre iPod days. It was great to listen to a variety of music. This girl is a bit too frisky to hang on to her, the waste bag, the spray bottle (which is a deterent to her acting too frisky) and the leash, as well as a flash light when the nights are longer. Good luck with your walking regimen, though.

12. What time do you go to bed? |
|
I don't think I'd last very long getting up at that hour. As it is, I'm kinda dreading the alarm going off tomorrow.

13. You mean--when do I go to sleep? |
|
Usually some time between 10:30 and midnite. But--I get in bed around 8:30 and do Sudoku, read, maybe watch the tube but usually not and then listen to NPR.
