How the hell do you contact customer service via phone for Amazon |
|
I have this class coming up in October and I was required to buy a text book for it (not a normal college text book - computer related stuff).
Anyhow, I just found out that my item isn't in stock and they estimate delivery between 9/21-10/7.
Ok, that's fine, but unacceptable. I have to read 2 chapters before attending the class which is the following week. So if it comes on 10/7, I'm pretty much screwed.
So I want to cancel the order and find another vendor - but my order says it can't be cancelled.
I really don't want to be stuck with a $150 nor do I want to deal with returning this item.
Crazy thing is - try finding a phone number for Amazon Customer support
:grr:
