I have this to say.

I talked about a guy I didn't know that died the other day. I don't care he died no more than I care about the thousands of people that die everyday -whom I do not know. It is human nature to live and die, and human nature to worry about their death. It has nothing to do with what I think of a person, the simple fact they were not a part of my life and did not affect me in any way brings me to conclude that I should not be worried. Had somebody I knew also known him, and had been affected by him, I would be concerned and given my sympathies to a person who lost somebody they cared for.

People live and die every day. We have accepted that as fact. Why should I worry about Steve Irwin getting killed by a stingray any more than I care about the homeless guy on 5th street who just died of hypo thermia? I feel bad to hear about death, but it's something I've accepted, and don't have time to give my condolences to the billions and trillions of people it affects. It seem insensitive not to worry about Steve Irwin's death, but could it be a demonstration of an equal type of insensitivity not to be concerned about those people that die every day of even sadder circumstance? Suppose we could start making posts as a general reverence to everybody who dies in each passing day?

I don't mean this to be flame bait, but rather a clarification of something that was once flame bait. I apologize in advance to the people this offends, but welcome the locking of this post if or when it gets out of hand.

Thank you for your time.
