I just HAD to crawl under the giant pile of tree clippings in the backyard
Now I itch all over and keep thinking I have bugs on me.
Yet another idea that seemed SO good, at the time...

2. Ewwwww....
:yoiks: I hate stuff like that. Hell, I hate it when a tree limb brushes against my head. :( I'd make someone else crawl through the grass clippings...

5. It wasn't grass, I lopped off the top five feet of our lilacs, and it made
a huge pile. I wanted to get in or under the pile, just for the heck of it, but the branches were to big for me to get into it, so I squirmed under it. I probably don't need to do that, again.

13. I'll tell secrets about boys BESIDE the leaf pile...
and in front of the leaf pile and NEAR the leaf pile, but definitely not under it. :scared:

14. Haven't you ever bounced around IN a leaf pile WITH a boy?
It's worth suspending the fear of creepy crawlies, I promise!

23. Why would you trim a lilac bush!?
Those things are beautiful, smell fantastic and should be allowed to just go nuts.

24. It desperately needed it.
It was growing into my neighbor's driveway, it was about 15 feet tall, and it was getting thin, due to the upward growth. Believe me, it was a painful thing to do...

6. The pile was only there from last night, so I figured spiders were
probably minimal. I'm just 'tuff like that. :P

But I must take issue with this post.

"Don't tell me you're trying to relive your childhood? Oh good grief!"

It's never too late to have a happy childhood. And if it was good the first time around, why quit?

I still go to playgrounds and swing. And you'll have to pry my crayons and colouring book out of my cold dead fist.

Khash.

20. Peggy
I got your message and was very happy to hear it!

I've tried to call you several times but my phones are still fucked up. I got so frustrated trying talk to my mom this morning that I finally just said "Fuck it" put a pair of pants on and drove over to her house - the phone had connected but all I could hear was static.

But it's good to see you :)

16. A woman after my own heart!
Now go take a shower. That will wash off any icky itchy stuff and you can feel confident all the yucky bugs met a terrible death by drowning as they spiralled down the drain.

Then you can enjoy the fact that you had fun :)
