Help with another song please.
Probably the spookiest song I've heard in a long time. The guy was singing a valentine to heroin. One of the lyrics was something like "I stuck the spike in my arm and knew I was a child of God" or something like that. Anyone know who this was. He was singing like Bob Dylan.

3. That's it. That's the song I think.
New radio station in town(Detroit area) called the River. They played this song a few days ago when I was driving. I must have missed this the first time around.

2. Sounds Rather Like Mr. Lou Reed's 'Heroin", Sir
"When I'm rushin' on my run and I feel just like Jesus' son, and I guess but I jes' doan; know, an' I guess, but I jes' doan' know...."

Early "Velvet Underground"....

4. I think this might be it.
At some point he was singing "Heerion". He sounded like a young Bob Dylan.
