4. As far as I can tell, there are 3 meats: mutton, horse, and beef, |

The scared fish is boiled with onion and carrot, salt and spice to madiness . . . ."
I wonder if a calm fish tastes the same as the scared one . . . .

And yes, fermented mare milk doesn't sound so good.
Though it is probably used to wash down the dried, salted horsemeat. :hide:
