I spent all morning wired from the coffee that I unwisely had from the cafeteria when I arrived. I should just stick to the vending machine - its coffee tastes like shit but at least I don't run the risk of dying of caffeine overdose.

Seriously, why do people make this shit so strong? It's supposed to be a drink, not a proof of valour. :crazy:

(disclaimer: from my experience in the workplace ...) there's a lot of junk food that goes with the strong coffee. The belief seems to be that the caffeine cancels out the effects of the junk food. This belief is displayed by otherwise extremely intelligent people.

It doesn't take a very strong brew to make it necessary to scrape me off the ceiling. And I'm not supposed to drink it. I just WANTED to this weekend and today. Maybe I'll behave tomorrow and maybe not. :shrug:

Your arms are probably growing new muscles. You'll be Superman if you do that too often! Seriously, though ... I'm sorry they hurt. I've read that taking apple cider vinegar will help with that. :hug:

I'm well, thanks. I'm very happy that Joani is still here. The weekend was so full of wonderful company and they were all leaving yesterday, even harleydad. It's quite a shock when you go from all to nothing like that.
