78. No, I can see that you can't insult her directly.
It has to be subtle. Easily explained as a mistake, or an oversight.

Another approach you might consider: After being introduced, simply stare at her, wordless. If she speaks to you, minimize your responses. Answer simply yes or no if she questions you. You can communicate quite a bit with body language and facial expression. Make her so uncomfortable, she has to leave.

That's probably what I would do.
