Painting question

my bedroom is 12 X 12 feet. I'm thinking about getting it painted (yes, I live in an apartment, it will only be the off white it is, but they didn't paint the bedroom or the living room when I moved in, just washed them, and three of the walls look kinda, well not perfect and it's always annoyed me a bit) anyways..........if I got some eggshell paint and somebody to do the painting (I want it done well) Though I have to admit that the wall that was repaired and painted by the maintenance guy this summer looks awesome and it would be a shame to paint over such fine work!) anyways, I'm babbling............
