Vote for Black Lightning!
This might sound silly, but here goes...short version.

Black Lightning was DC Comics' first black superhero. He lived in Metropolis, and his comic book series lasted for 11 issues.

SUPERMAN.WS is the primary site on the Internet dedicated to Superman history. If you have visited the site, you may know that we are working on an open-source encyclopedia of Superman history, at http://supermanica.info

There is a vote underway to include Black Lightning as a part of Superman history. I am on DU today campaigning on behalf of Black Lightning, and I would appreciate your support.
