1. my sister takes them and gave me one once. |
|
once was enough. No short term memory, and lala land.
I hated the feeling.
give it 30 to 60 minutes, I would guess.

2. Was it Prescribed or Recreational? |
|
I took it for a while because of panic attacks.
They made me sluggish at first, but after a while they just kept me together, staved off the anxiety, the shakes, the panic.

|

6. For some people, it's energizing. |
|
Rather than calming them down, it relieves anxiety enough to allow them to be productive. But it's also addictive, not for regular use.

My mind and body feels like it slows down. If I lie down, I usually fall asleep. I take mine only if I feel it is necessary. I don't think that I could handle it for regular use.
