I'm sorry, but I do not like the "out of country" help desk for my XM |

radio problems. She was from India I think........and I'm sorry, I do not like talking to her. I'm not even really sure why, it's just I get so frustrated trying to tell her my problem. Does anyone know what I mean??? :cry: :cry: :cry:

While I don't get angry at those overseas that jobs have been outsourced to, and do not have the "speak English!!11" mentality, and basically am just not a "Murican bigot" - I do find it exceptionally frustrating when the person I'm trying to get help from can't comprehend what I'm telling them and/or I can't understand what they are saying.
So - yeah, I think I know what you mean.
