What are you drinking tonight?
I just got off the phone with Bi_baby and sniffa :loveya: and now I'm cracking into some Blue Moon Pumpkin Ale.

1. Vodka/grapefruit as always.
I see no reason to deviate, unless somebody else is buying.

23. I'm watching Dogma on Comedy Central.
I don't know why. I own it on VHS. I should watch that instead of the edited tv version filled with commercials.

33. I have no cable
so my t.v. options are sadly limited. Sadly but purposefully. Of course my efforts to avoid sitting in front of that box are thwarted when somebody brings home something I love, on dvd.

Question: what do you do? I mean, school, performing, cashier, what? Just curious.

35. Currently, working for the man.
Edited on Fri Sep-29-06 10:47 PM by haruka3_2000
My stepdad specifically. I upgraded the computers at his company recently and apparently, I'm going to be making powerpoint presentations for them. Oddly enough, I even get my own office there, but I prefer not to work for him.

I'm in the process of trying to get a bartending job though and sending out my resume to some theatre companies for stage management.

36. I know you are interested in the theatre.
And now I remember you are a computer geek. I was just thinking I'd like to do some bartending, but I have no experience. The tips are great if you can pull it off. I wish you luck, of course, in whatever you pursue.

38. I went to bartending school.
Some places will hire you with no experience though. Give it a shot. Buy a good mixology book, study that, and try to get a job with that.

I'm just being a hired geek by chance. I took the summer pretty much off, except for taking care of my grandmother, so I could spend time at the beach whenever. Now, I'm working his company (medical advertising) until I find other employment.

43. I'm going to school trying to get a job
w/benefits. In the meantime, I need cash. I'm gardening and cutting hair, but that doesn't cover it. I think my deep-down friendliness would work at the bar, if I could figure out the drinks. A thought. Oh, forget the "tone" remark. Alcohol.

I dated such a businessman for two years. Died one night doing lines and playing poker. Came back to tell the tale. And that's a small part of it all. I am proof that you can fuck up your entire youth and still end up in a mansion looking respectable, haha. And a lot of fun it is. Not.
