I just spent 3 hours trying to tell a lovely thirty-yr-old lad |
|
why GWB is not "the greatest man who ever lived." He's a Catholic, and so sincere! Hours into our talk, he asked, "Why has nobody ever told me this before?" I said that it was a benefit of messing around with a "mature woman." What struck me, though, is how unexamined are all his opinions. He thinks Laura Schlesinger is "wonderful", and Laura Bush is a "saint." He doesn't believe in premarital sex but he really wanted to give it a try tonight. WTF is it with these people? Do they not recognize their own ridiculous hypocrisy? I left him horny and confused. What a night.

There was a time when nobody knew this. Now, even my seven-year-old is aware of the danger of a prolonged erection.

7. Physicallly beautful. If I'm going to give a man a meaningful |

lecture that lasts for hours, he must at least be pretty to look at. And he was! Too bad he's completely screwed up.

13. He's a psychology/american history teacher and not a stupid boy. |
|
His problem was his religion. He was so passionate about it, it sort of freaked me out. It also made me think about how disillusioned & cynical I've become. Remember being an idealist? He's still there.
He knows nothing about what the Pretzel has been doing to our country.

21. Two out of three history teachers I had in HS were idiots. |
|
The one that really knew his shit was a conservative. He's retired from teaching now, but I seriously don't think he'd be a fan of Bush. He was a real conservative, not a neo-con. I really hope he's doing well, because he was the most interesting history teacher I had. When I was out of school for over a month with mono, he home-schooled me instead of me having a tutor appointed by the school. He'd go through his whole 1.5 hour lecture in my dining room twice a week and I looked forward to it.

I asked him about the torture, about his views on marriage, Rove, enemy combatants. He put his hands in front of his face and said, "Shhhhh. Shhhh. I don't want to talk about that." Now I'm wondering why in hell I wasted my breath with him. He's past saving.

28. Geez...at least the Republicans I know will talk about it. |
|
They may be brainwashed, but don't respond with "lalalalala." Bush is getting to them though. I know two hardcore Republicans who are saying they're voting Dem next time. I always knew the two of them were smart people, and honestly quite liberal in their personal beliefs; now, they're finally proving it.

The only guys who've made an effort since I've become available have been in their twenties and thirties. Oh, except for my Sugar Daddy, who was in his sixties. These boys can spot a confused woman a mile away.

|
Then I married somebody ten years older. But single, I don't know what the fuck I'm doing right now. I don't want this... whatever it is... he said "I love you." So, youth! Kids say the darndest things, and it's rather insulting that they imagine they're believable.
But I digress.
