Spinach salad, with hommeade vinegarette (recipe below) and feta cheese! Yum!

Recipe for vinegarette

1/3 cup basalmic vinegar
1/3 cup EVOO
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp oregano, thyme, rosemary
1 tbs Romano cheese

Mince, macerate and serve
