My weekend in pictures

After several failed attempts my wife and I got away for a weekend by ourselves. Went hiking, visited some wineries, went horseback riding and didn't watch the news.


Most of the wild flowers are gone and the leaves hadn't changed yet but there was lots of mushrooms

That brings back good memories of when I used to live in DC. We went down to the Blue Ridge area a few times. The beauty there is a different sort than what you fine in the west, but I definitely appreciate it. Thanks! :hi:

9. The bonus is

we left our daughter on her own for the first time. The house is not only still standing but its as clean as when we left.

8. OMG, I didn't really know what I was looking at and

...in the first pic her shirt and face sort of blend into the rock and all I could see was her legs and the arm of her jacket, which I thought was her arm (except I didn't know it was her), and which makes it look like there's a possibly headless person laying backwards over the rocks, and I'm like, OMG, did he know there's a passed out or dead person laying there when he took the pic?
