Except for work where I kinda have to. I haven't ever worn a bra by choice - when I was in 7th grade, my mother strapped me into one and the first thing I did upon arriving at school was to take it off and stuff it into my backpack. I wear one when I run and when I ride horseback (and work as stated) and that's it.

I'm 45, and have had three kids but they're just as perky as they ever were (not the kids, silly).

And, if your breasts are large, it feels better to have a little support.

I think most women wear bras that are too small for them or not fitted correctly.
