31. I'm largely smoke-free.

I have tried so hard, but I have let myself down a few times after cocktails. I have let myself smoke some this week because I have been going through so much over the last week or two. But, that is no excuse. And I actually called my Doc this morning and made an appt for next week to come in and talk about getting back 100% smoke free. I'm not a full-time smoker by any means, not the way I was since a teenager, but I have smoked more than I want to. I'm taking steps to be 100% smoke free again.

Thanks for remembering! I hope any smokers out there get up the courage to quit. My life really has been better.....even with a few slip-ups.

But, my Doc really doesn't even want me to do that. She thinks it hurts longterm to have those "crutches" of nic gum. But, she agrees that it's better than actually smoking.
