Anyone seen the Zappa plays Zappa show? |
|
I heard it was very good. Dweezil ain't bad and Bozzio seems to fit right in with Zappa's "optional entertainment" style of music.

1. Yeah, saw the show back in June |
|
It was really good, Dweezil was nearly spot-on the entire time, and both of the former Mothers members (Napoleon Murphy Brock and Terry Bozzio) fit in the band quite nicely.

with the "shut up and play yer guitar" tour. He had Wackerman playing drums......how long did Bozzio play with Frank?
First time I heard Bozzio was when he played with Wetton and Eddie Jobson during one of the UK lineups. I preferred the Bruford / wetton / Jobson / Holdsworth / Stewart lineup, but Bozzio tore it up on "Danger Money"...
Wonder why Warren Cuccurullo didn't join them
"Of course, I'll introduce you to Warren..."
