My nutritionist says I should be taking a tablespoon a day.
Anyone use it or bake with it?

It's really easy to throw flax seexs in the blender or a coffee grinder and put them in baked goods.

2. Every day. I keep a bag of Bob's Red Mill flax meal (which is absorbed |

better than seeds) in the freezer and put some in my oatmeal or yogurt or granola for breakfast. Sometimes I sprinkle it over salad or in soup. I also put it in fruit crisp topping, muffins, quickbread, etc. Not that I do much baking anymore, but it's wonderful in all those things.

golden flax is better than the brown btw. It is cheaper to buy whole seed and grind it yourself, coffee bean grinders works great.
We give our dogs ground flax seed, it is really good for their coats and general health.
