1. I've seen that video before.
While I find the video touching and all, the guy in that video really believes he's God, and I'm sure his family doesn't find these little stunts of his heartwarming nor funny.

4. Dunno. It's secondhand information.
Someone on another message board in a discussion about this video mentioned that. I think his information came from one of those documentary channels, but I'm not sure.
