44. Morning Simply Fugue!

I won't totally miss the change of seasons because I've got at least two trips this month before I can settle into waking up to Palm Trees. I fell asleep last night wondering where I put my new Lands End Storm Serge Coat. It's a lovely shade of mossy green and I'll probably never get to wear it unless I need it on my last trip out before the winter hits. I'm trying to avoid that because I'll have Miss Frodo with me. She is a trip in hotel lobbies because she insist on saying "Hello" to everyone. she is a very silly parrot

97. Leaving today.

We drive up to Dulles outside DC for a 6pm flight overnight to London. Sunday is the meet-up with mr.swim, billy and MissH and TJ (after I attend church with TJ) and as he might say, though not all at the same time, we'll be chuffed because all will be jolly, in fact, it should prove to be the dog's bollocks!

87. Did you know that while oatmeal is lowering your cholesterol it's

raising my blood glucose levels. When I switched to Bear Naked organic hot cereal medley it dropped significantly. Today I'll see if the cooking method makes any difference in the way my body reacts to the same grains.

95. The first batch of oatmeal was the Old Fashioned Quaker Oat variety.

I was trying to make do until I could stop by the health food store. There is a www.bearnaked.com site. I guess I'll have to stick with unprocessed grains as much as possible.
I think I want to take my bread-machine south with me but I feel a huge challenge coming on.
I wonder if I should pack my large KitchenAid mixer down to the trailer or wait until I rent a larger unfurnished place.

I get to interview for my new boss today (again ) We offered the job to someone last week, but he turned us down. Most likely the low salary

Anyway, one person I briefly met. She dropped off her resume at our building a few weeks ago. I was walking through the reception area and no one was there, so I asked her "may I help you", etc. Well, apparently she DID NOT WHEN WHO I WAS () and had this really uppity attitude. Humph . . . I really can't stand people who think they are better than others. We'll see how her interview goes.

Gotta head out to work no. Need some cash so I've got to stop at the ATM first.
