Cuban Centurians endulge in coffee, cigars, sex - layoff alchohol

Villa Clara province in Cuba has a lot of people who live to be over 100. Cuba has 11.2 million people and about 3,000 are over 100.

The old guys said they don't indulge in alcohol much but they drink coffee, smoke cigars and have sex. They eat a pretty normal diet - milk, bread, meat, vegetables.

60% of them have parents that lived to be over 100 - so genes probably have something to do with all of this.

Now if I could just figure out a good reason to live to be that old.
