Plan-O-Grams are maps of merchandising areas--they tell us how to lay out the store.

Today we got an Emergency Message from corporate telling us they had an "urgent change" to the October POG: "(one of our drain cleaner SKUs) is NOT to be displayed next to the candy racks. Please merchandise the (drain cleaner) in an appropriate location at least 50 feet from any edible SKU."

Great....now they tell us.

For the record, our manager decided the POG was screwed up when it came out and merchandised stepstools where the drano was supposed to be.
