Photobucket sucks.

They changed it around, and now it seems like it's even slower to work for me than it used to be (and I thought it seemed pretty slow, to start with.)

Is there anything significantly better out there, or are all the pic hosting sites pretty comparable?

I have dial-up and I can no longer get photobucket to download photos into my account. It just sits there telling me it's downloading but no matter how long I leave it, it never happens. I agree - it used to be slow but usable. Now it's just ridiculous.

5. It is slower

Sometimes I have to close it because the ads or something make my computer go r e a l l y s l o w .

But, hell — it makes posting smilies and other art a lot easier. And it's free. :shrug:

6. I have never had a problem with Photobucket -- even when I had dial-up.

There are a lot of pic hosting sites around. I also use Flickr, but not for posting pics on DU. Photobucket is easiest for that, I think.
