Has anyone heard of 'Fat Tire' beer?
A co-worker of my husband gave him a 6-pk. for his birthday. Never heard of it, but I think he's originally from Seattle.

5. Better than Bud?
Say it ain't so!
And ironically, we drink Bud in this house because we can't get Indonesian Bintang.

6. BINTANG
Looks like a St. Pauli's brand..

Nonetheless, Fat Tire has more oomph than Bud, but not as refined as Bintang.

11. ANYTHING is better than Budweiser...
I had heard of it several years ago, and it only has recently become available in Chicago. If I buy "Belgian" beer, I buy the real thing...Chimay.

2. Yup. It's a New Belgium beer.
New Belgium Brewing is in Colorado.

I love Fat Tire and Skinny Dip; I wanted to try their Saison tonight, but the restaurant was out.

13. Not in the Northwest.
It's everywhere.

My favorite beer is "Brass Monk" a Belgian-style ale brewed at The Powerhouse, a local brewpub in Puyallup.

It's okay.

I prefer the Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown NY. Hennepin is where its at.

Here is a link to the brewery:

Fat Tire is good but there are so many beers to rival it. Pick a Saison, any Saison.

26. From my hometown!
Fat Tire's great stuff.

I'd also recommend New Belgium's Sunshine Wheat, along with Odell's 90 Shilling, Easy Street Wheat and 5 Barrel Pale Ale.

We do not talk about that other brewery that makes factory beer out by the interstate...
