I will say this. They grow up to become big cats.

Cats are okay too. I love cats. I'd have one if I could. (as a pet, don't think of anything gross...)

But what if our scientists who can genetically engineer (and patent) all sorts of things came up with kittens whose genetics are altered so that they stop developing just as their adolescent period starts? Kittie above could look just as cute forever.

Of course, they make (and chop off the good bits of) kittens that are 'hypo-allergenic' these days. (of course, the good bits are removed solely to keep this little cash cow from losing its value... which may be for the best, if frankenkitten(tm) did the nasty with a normal cat, just think of what might happen...) So if they can make kittens that don't make YOU sneeze, why not cats with a built-in growth-stunting mechanism?
