Maximouse gets ready for Halloween; Last two roses from the garden.
Max is enjoying the annual pumkinfest & proves he's a helluva lot better looking than any stinkin' toy...

...and my last two roses. We had a near frost last night.

the kitten as contrast.

4. "Evelyn," a David Austin English rose.
The climate here is just about too cold for the English roses to really take off, but I grow them on their own roots and the five-ten I get from each plant is worth the extra care they require. Of course I grow others, floribundas, climbers etc. but the English ones are my favorite.

10. While I've been sitting around moping I'm learning how
to use all the gadgets I've had around the house and never bothered to play with! It's really fun. I'm thinking about getting Photoshop or some other such program and play around with that too.

How are you, m'dear? Well, I hope.

12. I am very good, thanks......
My therapy is really helping........

My difficulties seem to be easing quite a lot.......

As to Photoshop.......this summer I bought Photoshop Elements 4.0...

And I really like it!

Though I haven't played enough with it to really make the highest and best use of it yet......
