1. I can't believe you just compared Baltar to Dubya.
Sure, they're both evil and both narcissists, but at least Baltar had the decency to feel bad about himself as he signed that execution order, nevermind the fact that Baltar is a genius, doesn't think the world is flat, and can be quite eloquent when he needs to.
