Tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. I'm going to BLAST Celine Dion music out the window
It will be perfectly legal, as is my neighbors blasting whatever the hell it is they are playing loud enough for me to here it inside my house with the windows shut.

There's legal, and then there's considerate. Two can play his game.

3. It's meant to be awful
And don't think I'm not going through some effort to make them miserable. I don't own any Celine Dion, but I'm downloading a bunch of it tonight.
