Help with my "I Miss America" Halloween costume

I have this great idea for a costume after seeing a woman at the Oct 5th protest wearing an "I Miss America" sash over an evening gown. so clever.

So I have this idea of making a crown out of the Constitution, or maybe a Statue of Liberty crown and carry the Constitution?

If I do a Constitution crown what should I carry, a bouquet of flowers wrapped in an American flag? what could I use instead of flowers? a bush? or maybe brown dead weeds?

maybe also a (plastic) ball and chain tied to my ankle with Oil or Greed or Criminally Insane written on the ball?

any feedback or ideas appreciated!

A small granola bar box or something wrapped in black paper with 'Bible' on the front should be enough.
