How would you interpret this....
It's a reply from a message board, which to me comes off as ramblings of a freakin' idiot, and a man who needs to crawl back to his cave. But, maybe I'm missing something here, or maybe I need more coffee. Either way, I thought, well, I'll ask the crew at DU....here it is...

In this matter of commentary, I am a sinner. The male has a strain of objectifying thought that is logical, and if not, is subject to higher levels of power, especially those caused by certainty, and imbued with a nature needing to be right, -maybe the result of childhood difficulties. Mine is exacerbated by an intense will to overcome my difficulties with strong statements, some artistic, some anger, and all somethings that many have to deal with to some degree.

Nobody really cares what you think. The male response is to be contentious, and up the dialogue. The female is to submit in company, or not, and this is my point, we don't know what we do to others.

Again, just so you hear me, nobody cares what you think. So sitting here sharing your thought gets more than tiresome. It's cooked. It doesn't do any service to the community.

The most fragile strains of thought focus on creativity. It is the very basis of God and spirituality. We create the heavens and earth everyday when we rise in rebirth to the sun, and every possibility becomes a creative act. For me it is a cup of coffee, and dance movement. For women, it is a complexity of creativity. These beings are more sentient than men abt everything, and they expand and contract like a fog that rolls-in over the coast.

While women want and need men to be happy, it is for room to have their own joy. What does a woman want? To have it her way. And that is creative, love for flowers, dressing, writing poetry, children, and all is ordered by a need for men, to be in their place, -building the future.

There is only one god in this world and it is a creative mind. How else will we be able to find peace?

9. Pretty easy: he thinks creativity is the only way to save the world,
and he believes we're the only ones who have it. I'm not sure why it take him 310 words to say it, though.

4. I would say that aside from rambling he
also sounds very sexist and chauvinistic.

6. that was the problem
there was so much rambling in between some things that I could understand, it just got way too confusing for me. LOL, I'm a little slow in the morning.

11. Umm...what?
If I thought he knew what he was talking about, he would have kept me past the first sentence.

He's hiding behind the language. It's annoying, sorry. Just MHO.

13. My take is that this person is not as smart as he thinks he is,
not as eloquent as he thinks he is, and not as artistic as he thinks he is. He seems to have mistaken condescending circumlocution for elegant discourse, and as a result he comes off as an ass...

Did that make sense to anyone else? It read as gibberish with big words tossed in for the sake of seeming erudite.

15. I actually agreed with one line, and those 2 sentences only:
What does a woman want? To have it her way. But then they went as spoiled it with the next sentence. I feel like I need to go take another shower now...ick. :eyes:
