what is it about woment and bathroom rugs?
I work in a small office with mostly women.

The women's bathroom is about 2 1/2 time the size of the men's room. I'm ok with that ... I ralize I am in the minority here.

The women's bathroom has furniture. That's ok - there's no room in the men's room for any furniture anyway.

What I find amusing is that the women's bathroom has a rouns area rug in front of the toilet.

I,m not sure, but I think that women need a rug to pee.

I'm sure that the majority of guys here do not have rugs in their bathrooms . . . unless they are married.

5. I think if women realized how often we peed on the rug,
or just pushed it around with our feet to wipe up any spills (water, shaving lotion, toothpaste, whatever), they would rapidly discard their rug fetish.

Of course, I never pee on the rug; I'm talking about other guys...

6. In my house, I have my own bathroom and my husband has his
own too. There are no rugs to be had in my bathroom---only a bathmat. :) I keep my bathroom like I like it (clean and fresh), and hubby keeps his the way he wants. Granted, his bathroom is like a cave and gets clean only when I become temporarily insane (about once a year) and can't stand it any more, but other than that, I leave his bathroom alone. I also don't use it because I'll stick to stuff. If he has a rug in there, I don't see it.

12. I guess my guy and I practice role reversal
Which actually we've talked about because he's into carefully decorating, color coordinating, getting the right paint color for the living room ("white" I say. "Of course white" he sighs, "but what shade of white?"), and he had at the time I moved in, a tasteful and matching set of rugs on the bathroom floor.

Now, for me "decorating" consists of putting the neat rock I found that day on the window ledge, "color coordinating" has no real definition and paint is paint. As for rugs, I probably wouldn't even know where to find one.

Oh, I also channel surf, which drives him bonkers and I curse like a sailor.
