My niece called and asked for directions to saturday's family dinner. She was wondering if my sister (her Mom) responded. I had to say no, she didn't, and I had already made the reservations (deadline was last friday)

Anyhooooo......thing is I believe the poor girl is being lied to by my sister. My sister and brother in law's way of not being involved in our side of the family is to lie about never getting their mail, playing games with phone numbers (oh, I'm sure I gave you the right one!! etc)

I feel so sorry for my niece, who's a sweet kid. I wonder if she even knows what her parents are doing.
I somehow feel as well that I'm going to be on their sh*t list for awhile, I mean, they wouldn't have to go thru the effort of avoiding our family if people like nasty old me just wouldn't remind them we were family but doing things like extending invitations, mailing cards and presents, etc, etc, etc......Bad Darth. BADDDDDD!!!!!! :eyes:

I'm supposed to lie whenever anybody asks me about anything, because they're all gossips and will make evil use of whatever I tell them. I really don't give a shit, but my husband can't handle it.
