Underground Moderators have new democracy! |
|
In an historic vote, the first of it's kind since the fall of the communist tribal regime, the earth dwelling tribe known as the underground moderators have almost unanimously chosen "If you don't vote for me I'll explode the caves we live in because I am a sockpuppet for the old regime" party. There are now plans to have elections when they wake up in the morning. Wait, sorry, I meant every few years.:yoiks: :D **** snip **** Ow that hurt! You cut me with scissors! 1. Duly kicked, my antipodean chum. |
|
Although the chances of real democracy during the lifetime of this corrupt regime are slim. But in a nice way.

2. Slim in a nice way? You mean, the chance is looking pretty fit? |
|
:)
Thanks for the kick.
I thought the thread was going to die! (Oh no!)
So, how are you?

4. Yes...that's what I meant. Of course it is. |
|
What else? The fit, robust, sleek and tumescent chance of democracy. Closely related to the fat chance, interestingly.
As for me, I'm about to go to the apartment next door and butcher the bimbos who are still laughing and screeching loud enough to wake the dead at 4am. Unless, of course, they are sexy hot nymphos. In which case, I will offer them alcohol. And myself.
You?

5. me? I'm putting your sexy hot nymphos to shame, because I get to |
|
clean my room.
Oh. What joy.
:)
Ah, it's not so bad.
4am there huh? Its already 9 pm here! :)
What would you do if they actually managed to wake the dead?

7. Why, tell the newly arisen dead what was going on... |
|
...in the country and let them march on Washington and take over, of course. They have more time for that kind of thing, not having jobs to go to (that we know of).
Regarding your room, take the advice of the great Quentin Crisp: "After two years, it doesn't get any dirtier." Wisdom indeed.

10. Feck. That is indeed a problem. |

You could always set everything on fire and blame it on someone else, I suppose. Always worked for me.
Not something you can do everyday, though.

12. I only get them once per semester, so no probs. |
|
But I prefer to clean than arson. Don't want to inconvenience everyone else.

...they might want to burn the place down too. You could be performing a public service. Have you asked them?

14. Yes. I just walked out and asked my flatmates if they wanted to burn the |
|
apartment down.
They said "Hell - why not? Oh, that's right, BECAUSE IT'S FLIPPING INCONVENIENT"

Otherwise, you end up with a big cleaning job.

I said that if you take a blue weevil and don't eat it you will feel better than if you had swung a chain of 500 entire cows around your head.
:)
Make sense now?

20. So we're expected to believe... |
|
...that they are the two finest physical specimens in the entire Universe? That's taking it a bit far, don't you think? I'll bet you'd find beefier guys orbiting Proxima Centauri. And that's a starsystem full of wimps.
Typical human hubris.
