That dress is at least three sizes too small for her. Or if she's just large breasted, she needs to get a bigger size and have it tailored to fit the rest of her.

Showing a little cleavage can be sexy, but not when the breasts are squished out of the garment like that. That just indicates no class. In all fairness, sometimes a strapless dress will fit differently when one puts it on as opposed to the way it fits after one has worn it for several hours because some fabrics can stretch, and that can be an unexpected and unintended result on the first occasion one wears such a dress. However, that does not seem to be the case here as it appears that the cups were never big enough to contain her. Let that be a lesson to her: one should always bring a jacket, shawl or wrap of some type when wearing a strapless dress. If she didn't bring anything of her own to cover up, the least she should have done in this situation is to borrow her date's jacket.
