Man arrested for DUI on way to DUI court date

A St. Albans man missed his arraignment in Kanawha Circuit Court on Friday on DUI charges because he was arrested on his way to the courthouse — for drunken driving.

Jonathan Randall Austin, 47, was scheduled to appear in front of Chief Circuit Judge Duke Bloom at 1:15 p.m. on third-offense DUI charges.
