If Madonna snatched a kid off the street, then yes.

Adopting one from an orphanage doesn't bother me.

And didn't the dad later recant his earlier statememts of support? I read that, though who knows what's really true.

I'd hope that the family in Africa is OK with the placement and that Madonna keeps the kid in touch with his biological relatives.

I've read & heard different things from different sources. Who knows which ones are really true? :shrug:

I also hope the family in Africa is o.k. with the placement too. I wish only the best for the child. I'm sure a permanent home is better than growing up in an orphanage.
